There are two 8-person Grondulows and four 5-person Grondulows on our farm, right in the middle of the cow pasture, at 10 minutes driving distance from the A1 in Deventer. All our accommodations are spacious and suitable for group meetings with up to 25 people in an informal setting. We offer multiple meeting packages.
We enjoy it when our guests enjoy themselves. That's why we like to take care of everything, so you can relax. When you stay at our farm for a meeting break, the standard reception includes a homemade cake from farmer Truus. We'll provide you with all the coffee, tea and water you need! And we'll make sure all meeting facilities including a beamer and flip chart are available to you.
4-hour meeting // (€28.50 per person)
Brainstorming, training or meeting for part of the day in one of the Grondulows, or on a private terrace if the weather allows. Starting or ending with a hearty farmer's lunch.
8 hours of meetings// (€37.50 per person)
A whole day meeting in a comfortable Grondulows, with a beautiful view. With an extensive lunch to recharge, prepared by farmer Truus.
12 hours of meetings// (€65.00 per person)
As the perfect end to a long day of training, you will enjoy an organic dinner buffet, with a view of the cows returning to the pasture after milking.
24 hours of meetings // (€127.50 per person)
Meeting + overnight stay! The best way to really get away from the daily work environment. We'll make sure you'll want for nothing during your stay. Hearty meals to give you the energy you need (1x lunch, 1x dinner buffet and 1x breakfast), a pleasant environment for training seminars, but also to have a relaxing chat afterwards. And of course sturdy beds for a good night's sleep.
32 hours of meetings// (€165.00 per person)
Back to basics for two days! When your head is full of ideas and strategies, there's nothing better than tagging along with farmer Frans. It's your choice, but you're welcome to help out on the farm during a break from the meeting! Naturally, we also provide good food with this package (2x lunch, 1x dinner buffet and 1x breakfast), plenty of space to work and relax and a special place to sleep among the cows
48 uur vergaderen // (€229,50 per persoon) Drie dagen volledig met je aandacht bij de inhoud! Bij dit arrangement verblijf je 2 nachten bij ons op de boerderij en kun je ook de tweede avond door de optimale stilte en donkerte van het buitenleven focussen op de inhoud. Op de derde dag zorgen we uiteraard voor een goed ontbijt ter afsluiting van jullie 'wei-dagen'. Dit arrangement bevat (2x lunch, 2x dinerbuffet en 2x ontbijt).
56 uur vergaderen // (€289,50 per persoon) Drie (werk)dagen aan de slag met jouw team in een omgeving vol vitamine N(atuur). We vinden het heerlijk om goed voor jullie te zorgen! Waar jullie focus ligt op de inhoud, zorgen waar deze drie dagen voor goed eten (2x lunch, 1x dinerbuffet en 1x ontbijt), een comfortabele en informele setting en natuurlijk goede bedden voor een goede nachtrust!

Groups
You'll meet and stay at our farm in one or more Grondulow. If you'd like a location for a 'pasture session' with multiple sub-sessions, you've also come to the right place. We have 7 accommodations with a total of 44 beds spread across 18 bedrooms.
Local and culinary dining
We like to work with local farmers and other parties. We want you to enjoy local foods and we'll certainly take your culinary tastes into account!
Special meeting activities
There is lots to do on and around the farm! In partnership with other parties, we offer multiple meeting breaks such as 'team building sheep herding', 'mirroring with dogs', 'communication with the help of raptors', 'laughing workshop in the straw', 'Haka workshop', 'improvisational theatre among the cows'

Our prices are per person (excluding VAT). For small groups, the price can be different from those indicated for the meeting packages above.
